Magic in the Staglands is based in six schools: Illumination, Linking, Transforming, Flesh, Forging and Herbology, flowing originally from the six powers of the land's capricious deities.
Spells can be cast indefinitely, however most of the spells require constant concentration. Spell schools can also be mixed and matched with no repercussions. There is no benefit in sticking just to one school of magic.
Unlike Warbook skills, all spells of the grade are instantly available for casting once the required total is met. Skill point investment increases effectiveness.
